Refractory Repairs And Rebuilds

We are able to carry out full rebuilds and repairs to furnace brickwork. We employ skilled Bricklayer and semi-skilled labourers to carry out refractory repairs to all designs and makes of furnaces. We can also accommodate ceramic fibre linings.

All site teams include – personnel qualified with the Health and Safety passport, confined spaces, First-Aid appointed persons, and the undertaking of risk assessments and method statements. Team management includes a H&S manager qualified to NEBOSH and IOSH standards.

We currently undertake contracts from the smallest sub-contract heat treatment company to some of the world’s largest blue chip companies.

Site Fitting Services

Along with our services supplying heat resistant fabrications & undertaking refractory brickwork repairs, we complement this with our site fitting services.

Our aim is to offer assistance to the heat treatment department covering all aspects of furnaces & associated equipment.

Our team of fitters have a combination of 45 years experience working on all types of heat treatment equipment.

We have qualified a number of our site engineers to gas safe register standards.

All of our fitters have served full apprenticeships and can undertake a vast variety including:-

 

  • Plant Installations, updates & moves
  • Site Welding
  • Pipe fitting
  • General Maintenance
  • Furnace repairs
  • Electrical installations

Our site team members have been coded to national standards and we are confident we can accommodate and train our staff to meet any special requirement you may have.

Our teams also includes a fully trained health and safety officer, who is competent to undertake risk assessments and produce written method statements.

We are qualified to carry out any specific industrial handling training for our staff at your premises prior to work commencing.
