Fabrication

Our experienced welding staff are fully conversant with MIG, TIG and ARC welding processes and have been assessed to meet the requirements of ASME 9 class 1 & 2 BS.4872. As a company specialising in Heat and Corrosion resisting alloy fabrications our welders and fabricators work almost exclusively in high Nickel/Chrome alloys, making them the best the industry has to offer, working under the supervision of our engineering manager who is qualified to the requirements of CSWIP-WS-1-90 (Welding supervision) second addition and Tech Weld.

  • 5 tonne overhead crane. Covering all internal areas including loading bay.

Processing

  • Colchester lathes 450mm x 2 M bed – 130mm x 0.7M bed
  • Radial drilling machines. Up to 75mmØ x 450mm deep holes
  • Promecam press brakes x 2 100 tonnes x 3M bed

  • Powered rolls capable of rolling cylinders from 130mmØ up to 1000mmØ x 1200mm long in thicknesses up to 6mm
  • Shears able to cut plate up to 10mm thick x 1.5M long
  • Plasma Cut up to 20mm thick Nickel Chrome
  • Welding machines. We currently operate 12 sets covering all processes, MIG, TIG and ARC. Ranging from 3 Amps to 500 Amps. Weld joints of 1mm to 50 mm
